As cities were put on lockdown, many people could no longer feed their families, and frontliners needed support. McDonald’s PH, through its charity of choice, Ronald McDonald House Charities, turned to kindness and opened McDonald’s Kindness Kitchens — stores that have prepared over 100,000 meals for these beneficiaries. Its creative agency TBWA\SMP, launched an online donation campaign to serve more meals to Filipinos in need.
In the coming weeks, McDonald’s Kindness Kitchens will be giving an additional 100,000 meals to affected communities.
